Our services are also available to our non-customers who may also need a professional maintenance program or inspection. Your log home or log siding is equally important to us as it is to you and your family. Our largest sales campaign is our recent work along with a customer which is very satisfied and happy with our products and services.
We offer a complete line of cleaning and pressure washing services for your log home, log siding or any other wood exterior home or camp. As always we offer free estimates on our services and materials.

We include the Bora-Care wood treatment on all the homes we build as well as all the log siding we install. Our Bora-Care services are also available to our non-customers which are looking for greater protection and piece of mind.

Our Maintenance Program Options
Option #1: This option includes mid-spring visit which includes complete exterior inspection of siding. We compile a report of our findings which you also receive a copy for your records.
Our Inspection Points:
Log / Log Siding attachment to structure (warping, bowing, twists & checking)
Hardware performance (nails, screws & other fasteners)
Check for any settling in solid log structures
Joint butts at seams, corners and doors & windows
Stain discolorations, breakdown and performance
Insect inspection of; termites, ants, beetles, bore insects
Proper gutter & down-spout performance / correct flow away from home
Molds, fungus vegetation growth against siding, logs & foundation
Window & door drip-edge performance (cracks, bends, leaks, existing caulk )
Soffit and fascia inspection / also flashing at siding & drip-edges

Option #2: This option includes entire #1 option along with;
Complete pre-spray of wood cleaner on log or siding surface
Complete power-wash normal water temp.
We also power-wash soffits, fascias & gutters
Touch up caulk where needed with Conceal product
After 24 hr or needed drying time we apply anti fungus pen-treat

Option #3: This option includes options #1 & #2 in its entirely with exception of the fungus application.
Remove loose / peeling stain from logs or log siding
Clean & prep logs / siding with Sikkens stain preparation cleaner
Apply (2) two coats Sikkens stain with matching original #
Re-touch caulking where needed with Conceal caulk product
**Note that no option includes any repairs prior to carrying out the said (option) of choice. All repairs are to be completed before any of the above options are performed {unless un-seen}. We will be more than happy to perform any repairs needed at an additional cost(s), as always we offer free estimates on all materials and labor.
